Special Ops Review: Spy thrillers often become very complex in the end. And the twists and turns make the audience quite confused. But you will not have this complaint in Special Ops.
Special Ops Review
Story: Every Indian is aware of the story of this web series, but we probably do not know how our intelligence agencies work behind the scenes. Kay Kay Menon (Himmat Singh) is a RAW officer. He wants to capture the mastermind of 26/11 attack, Parliament attack and the Mumbai serial bomb blasts.
Direction: Neeraj Pandey is an amazing director. I personally liked his all movies. Again he did a great job in Special Ops. Once in an interview with Anupama Chopra, Anupama asked him, What went wrong with Aiyaary, He replied, Nothing, It was just a story that I felt needed a lot more explanation. I was expecting too much to be thought of by the audience, too much interpretation by the audience. I needed to be more clearer. So it was mostly a communication failure more than anything.
After watching the special ops, it can be said that he had not repeated the mistake of Aiyaary again.
Acting: All the actors have done excellent work. Karan Trakkar played the role of smart detective very beautifully, Vinay Pathak as a policeman, has done justice to his character. Kay Kay Menon is the pillar of this web series. Kay Kay Menon’s interrogation scene with Kasab is my favourite scene. If you liked The Family Man, then you will like it more than that.
